can you men help me out i just bought a l1801 what year was this model produced. im currently in the hospital from motorcycle accident so i took insurance money and got my brother-in-law to test drive and kick the tires,turns out to be tight and right.to pass time ive found a few web site but you guys know your s--t ill check serial# when i get out im board so thx nothing but pain meds and therapy going on here.

It's normally very hard to find out information on gray market tractors, and any info you can find seams to be spotty at best.
thank you wolfman for your reply. do you know if the year of manufacture is located in any of the serial # or is this part of a riddle of owning gray.ive done some research ,watched youtube videos im proud to own a gray these are bad ass tractors .
