Mine is in that good of shape, other than the previous owner removed the ROPS. They had low hanging tree branches to mow around. I have the ROPS, just haven't put it back on.
That tractor is in fantastic shape, but I don't think I would pay that much for it. I would spend a little more and get a B2360 or 2660.

Dude done flipped his lid thinking he's going to get 9 grand for it. Or if it does sell the buyer will know nothing about tractors. I can get a 96 L series Kubota with a loader for 9 grand.

In a normal market and good economy where people have money there is a slight chance he could get that kinda money for it, even then its doubtful.

And to me a tractor 17 years old with that low hours on it throws alot of caution to the wind with me. Diesel's do not like to sit and can have alot of hidden issues.
