We got the model 800-3PH150NRNB tank sprayer. Pulled it out of storage to start spraying and noticed pressure isn't building. The pump is new and is working. I checked the hoses for any breaks, tighten spots that need it and made sure there wasn't any bad o rings or clogged filter.

Still nothing is working and I'm at my wits end. I got it to work perfectly one day and now it won't start. Any ideas what I'm missing?

maybe it needs some priming, I would put some water under pressure into the inlet. I am not familiar with that unit though.

I dont know that particular sprayer but:
  1. Is the tank fluid circulating?
  2. Have you tried adjusting the pressure relief valve?

Has it worked since the pump was changed? Last one I went to trouble shoot for a guy with no pressure and a new pump he had switched the inlet and outlet on the pump and was trying to put water into the outlet on the pump. If its plumbed right and primed I would guess your pressure relief valve is not adjusted or it is stuck open. The pistons in those relief valves like to stick and won't let the pump build pressure.
