Yes, clean, well thought-out installation.

I did something very similar with a golf cart roof too and it works great.

I wanted to add a roof to my new B2650 but I didn't want one that was rigid. My last tractor had a fiberglass roof and I ended up cracking it in a couple places. Molded plastic seemed like the best solution. I had no luck finding a tractor specific roof that I really liked. Part of that was cost, part of it was esthetics, part of it was size. The best part was, it was a project I did with my son. I did the engineering and cutting, he did all the welding and fabrication. We used all 1/4" and 1/8" stock. About $400.00 for everything

I settled on a 54" EZGO RXV Golf Cart Roof ($230.00 new delivered)

I mounted it backwards so the hand-holds are right where you would want them.

The frame sits captive on the top of the ROPS.

I mounted some LED's and a rear view mirror.

It looks factory, it works great and it is strong enough to handle towing in the wind and hanging from the handle. Overall I am very happy with the choice.

Very nice fab job!! Looks really good. Nicely done.

Phenomenal! I picked up the same canopy with handles and I may have to rethink about reversing it. How much flex is there on the canopy?

The direction the handles face would be determined by how you use the canopy. I made a similar lid with a golf cart part. I put the handles to the back because I don't use them. I'm 6'-4" and when I get on my tractors I'm leaning forward, and usually have my right hand on the fender handle and the left hand on the top of the loader tower. I never reach up when getting on. Anything above, I'm just interested in clearing!

You will need a heavier frame with the handles to the front, exp. if you plan to grab the handles. That is also the heavier end of the canopy.

NHSleddog, Now what you have to do is to put a radiator above that fan and feed it engine coolant in the winter :)

BTW, I love the idea of a fan up there. Just called a friend of mine and told him to put one on his canopy. I have a home made cab.
