I'm getting the drive over mower deck. I might not drive over it to attach and remove, but I'm not getting younger either.

    Help me out here...

I have to take the tractor back to the dealer to get the mower put on. I'll remove the loader for that trip. other than that, no reason to trailer anywhere. I was being more cautious than anything. Here's a ton of fill on it.

    Help me out here...

I've searched the Kubota sites. I can't find the weights of the following: 344 loader 54 inch drive over belly mower. supposedly the BX2380 comes in at a weight of 1,433 Lbs. I'm trying to figure out the total weight with the tractor, loader and the belly mower. Thanks, Jim

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Tested the Ballast block I made last week. What a difference, Little tractor felt so much better. Cut these stumps back in the pasture and hauled them outside the fence line.

    BX2380 rear ballast weight

I ended up going with the "Country Boy" idea of filling a plastic tub with concrete. It ain't pretty, but its heavy.... Thankful for YouTube and the internet. I put the extra pipe out the back, I figure I could slide a steel weight over it I have to. ended up with 250Lb of concrete and some...

    BX2380 rear ballast weight

I'm getting ready to make a home made (concrete) ballast weight for my BX2380 sub compact. I got in a situation with the FEL and the tractor felt super duper unstable. I want to balance the weight out with a rear ballast from the quick hitch when I use the FEL. Question is: My calculations...

Being new to this Tractor thing, I did what every other new owner does... I have a whopping 4 hours on it... used the hooks to get a culti-packer off the trailer yesterday. Then parked the trailer with the tractor instead of the truck. ha. so I guess I've used all three things already.

    New here BX 2380 question

The spacers are on the rear tires, the front to drive over and back (reverse) iff the mower deck aren't effected. I looked at the 3 point mowers, but with my trees and landscape, they aren't practical for me.

Thanks, I've returned the 2 inch spacers (amazon) I've decided to wait until my 54 inch drive over mower deck arrives and see what I have after the install. Sheets above says they'll work, which I have to see with the tires that came on the tractor (R-14). I figure they will, however I may go...
