Typically the regulator is the issue and not the dynamo. Lookup kubotabooks.com and download the manual for b7100d (not new style b7100hst) as it has the 3 wire dynamo and should be the same for testing the AC output of the dynamo wires. If thats good then most likely your regulator or wiring

You can tell in the picture the splines are stripped off. There also should be a roll pin pinning the coupler to the shaft. Its possible it has moved from where it should be but at this point i don't know that there would be enough good splines to move it back where it should be and be ok and/or...

Ill also add some filters are suction filters and some are pressure filters. Makes a big difference and bx is a pressure filter. Best to use oem if your not
