    Trailer Advice

I agree with buy bigger than you think you need. Larger aren't that much more. I'd also consider and dump trailer due to the multipurpose aspect of them. Also, as others have noted, make sure you have the right size truck and learn how to load a tractor. Lifting the rear wheels of the tow...

Handgun and Rifle shooting bench ideas

I'm building a new rifle shooting bench. Anyone have a favorite design. I'm using repurposed wood left over from a remodel years ago, so I have plenty of wood to use. It doesn't need to be portable or covered. Current plan is 60 x 48 which is huge, but allows for being ambidextrous and plenty...

    Skid Loader vs Tractor

I'm not a skid steer expert, but from what I understand, the advantage is on lift capacity and flow rate for front mount implements. Those don't seem like a big deal for the size of tractor you are considering. Tractors have the capability of running a wide bat wing mower and basically any...

4x4 golf carts / electric UTV?

What model is it? My neighbors Kubota has a diesel in it. Obviously ... loud.

Land Pride QH05 Quick Hitch and fitting implements...

Fwiw, my fixed hook hasn't moved in the few years I've had my tractor. I have only Land Pride attachments. I did have to switch to bolts because the pins kept coming loose. The bolts make the top hook harder to hook up. Some implements may have to adjust a bit to work, but if they are QH...

4x4 golf carts / electric UTV?

Electric 4x4s are really high priced. UTVs aren't that loud, or mine isn't unless you rev it high. Go listen to a few models. You might be surprised.

LA435 SSQA Plates to Back of Bucket - small gap OK or no gap allowed?

It sounds like you just got it. I'd talk to the dealer and point them to the pictures you posted. Fwiw, the fit seems off to me, but I don't know if it's the bucket or the loader.

A simple attachment for direct burial cable?

I pulled one of these with my Polaris Ranger. I can get about a foot deep. I'm probably going to put it in my ballast box next time I use it on the tractor. We were just running a bit of PVC to keep from leaving a hose across the hard. I blow the line out for winter. NOTE: the actual one I...

    Blade lower on one side

Most decks have an adjustment. I'd go look at the owner's manual again.

Land Pride QH05 Quick Hitch and fitting implements...

If I'm understanding, I think it's fine. At least, my bottom part of my hitch locks the bottom of the implement. The top won't go anywhere if it is surrounded by metal. Note: I don't know what the QH spec requires.

There are a lot of YouTube videos that compare the series.

    Is my bucket to big?

You don't mention what you plan to lift. If it's light stuff, it should be ok. You will loose capacity if it is heavier. The pivot points are the same if it's using the same attachment points.

    Tractor step

Mine is ok, but I have a L2501HST. It should be easy enough to weld reinforcement though to stop the sag.

    Box or Grading Scraper?

More like a SUV vs a pickup. They are completely different tools. There isn't anyone who can finish a gravel road with a box blade as fast as a grader/scraper, and a grader/scraper can't move as much dirt as fast as a box blade. Similarly, I can haul lumber on my SUV luggage rack, but the...

    Box or Grading Scraper?

A grader/scraper is much easier to use. I would get one wide enough to cover your tracks. There are YouTube videos that show how easy they are to use. Other than leveling them and occasional adjustment to make sure the blades are making contact like you want, you just put them down and drive.

    New Cars/Trucks

If you don't need a big truck and aren't a large human, consider the Ford Maverick. They have a hybrid version, and it has a good amount of payload.

Need advice on gravel driveway repair

I would mow the edges even if it's just a bit. I also would follow the existing slope. Do take your time with the box blade. If it's level, it should still cut enough to smooth the driveway. Don't use the rippers unless you have to. It will increase the amount of work you do to smooth it...

    Land plane size.

I have a 6 ft for my L2501HST, and it works fine. Which ever one you get, get a heavy one since you have the power.

    finishing mower

From what I understand, most MMM use the PTO. Assuming you can weld, you could add brackets to the top of the mowing deck to hook to the top of the MMM. Then, possibly adapt the PTO shaft to connect to the rear PTO. I don't know what direction it turns though, so you might have to change the...
