B7100 with B219 FEL...slop at the lower bucket to arm mount

There are no bushings. My holes were egg shaped in the bucket causing the slop. I welded the holes up and redrilled them and installed new pins. I also welded large washers to the bucket to add more thickness to the bucket to make it stronger. Or get larger pins and drill holes to next size...

    B7100 FEL Needed

B219 will also fit. I found a B219 for my B7100 but it came off of a B7100 stick shift, mine is HST model. The framework is different under the tractor, HST is 6in longer than the stick shift. I am good at fabricating steel so I cut the frame and made fit the HST model. They are out there you...

    B7100 loader

The B219 valve has O rings for internal seals that can be obtained at local hardware store. The outer seal is a can type seal to stop dirt from getting into the valve. when I rebuilt mine I just took the old seals to a local hydraulic shop and they matched them up with new seals. You could also...

    Connecting rod bearings

You didn't mark them? Each rod cap goes with it original rod cant be interchanged! Usually the tabs go on the same side. Sounds like you need a rebuild manual.

FEL LA481 Control valve - Seal replacement worth a shot?

The valve in the diagram has O ring seals at the end of the spool to stop fluid from leaking out end of valve. Internal seal is by very close tolerance between spool and housing. Top of valve has two plugs, under the plugs are a spring and poppet type valve. Could be broken spring or poppet not...

    B7100 HST Hydrostat/Charge pump.

Try changing hydro oil and filter. Sounds like your oil is foaming up for some reason. When you stop the air settles out and it works again. perhaps low on oil!

L3400 change hydraulic pump inlet hose

Depends on where the hose enters the hydraulic tank, top. bottom or side. If it enters the bottom or side you will lose oil. Better off to drain the tank first than to have a big mess!

    Kubota B6200 split clutch repair

Have the Flywheel resurfaced at local auto machine shop, get new clutch disc, pressure plate can be used over but better off replacing it you only want to do this one time. Cant tell if shifting fork can be flipped over from picture. I have ground shifting forks or built them up with silver...

Pattern and measurements for underframe brackets for FEL for b7100hst?

I have a B219 loader thats not on my tractor. I could take some photographs and send them to you. Also where it bolts on the rear axle you could get a axle gasket and use that for your template.

    b219 loader

The chain is part of the coupling, joins the two pieces together. Also in the manual that Torch posted it says to unbolt and raise the radiator to install shaft coupling. Thanks Torch for the pdf file on the 219 loader!

    b219 loader

After further inspection of the 3PH hydraulic system and pump, it can be used but its very small and the lines are very small limiting the speed of FEL. The splined shaft on end of crankshaft can be used but the radiator is only 1/2 in from splines. No room for splined drive to fit on. I have...

    b219 loader

Well I just purchased a 1994 B7100 HST. Yes there is splines on end of crankshaft so I can use either loader pump or hydro-statics.

    b219 loader

Would the 7100 hydrostatic unit be enough to power a loader without the auxiliary oil pump?

    b219 loader

Thanks Shouldn't be a problem to lengthen sub frame. I'm seeing that the later model b7100s have mid PTO. Not sure if that would be a problem mounting a pump to a mid PTO?

    b219 loader

I have a b219 loader from a b7100 gear drive and I was wondering if that loader will fit a b7100 hydrostatic drive? Also do all b7100 tractors have a front PTO. The b219 pump ran off of the front PTO.
