    RTV1140CPX U-Joints

I just bought a axle from www.sixity.com for my Kawasaki Mule. Under $200. Way better than OEM prices. I'd not want to r&r just the joint.

Height of 5400MX with Rops down

MX4800 with R4 tires. About 6.5 ft with the ROPS down. I didn't fold it, I just assume Not much sticks up above the hinge. But, way under 7 ft. Will clear an 8 ft door with the ROPS up, but not by more than a couple of inches. Be aware the BH92 backhoe WILL NOT clear an 8 ft door with...

    Loader lift capacity

You only have 2 acres. That is less than my front yard! The smaller tractor should be fine. Trees can be cut to whatever length you want to get the weight down. Rocks: Depends on size. You really need to figure that out. You can always roll the big ones on a skid and skid them around...

Almost factory rear remotes for a B3300.......finally!

Good looking hard lines. Make sure you give great detail there. I want to do a few hardlines on my tractor. I keep hoping to find a used flare tool cheap. Hasn't happened.

    Water Heater T-stat

No. I have a friend in the business said I should look at Bradford-White. But, they are twice as expensive as the ones at the big box store. In the end, I rationalized that I'd fill the next one with sediment as well before it had other problems so, regardless of brand, I'd not keep it much...

    Chipper/shredders opinions...

I picked up a old Troy-bilt Super Tomahawk. In the small stand-alone chipper market, the new crop of shredders can't hold a candle to the old Troy-bilt units. These units have a brush hopper with 12 or 16 flails to beat the crap out of the small stuff and a chipper wheel on the side for the...

    Water Heater T-stat

Well, obviously, run it until it dies. Hopefully, than is years away. I need to replace mine this week. It has sediment up to the lower element and is long for this world. Couldn't get it out.

    Water Heater T-stat

No clue how the T-stat reset works. I thought it was thermal only, not current. Current is handled by the disconnect and/or fuse panel.

    Water Heater T-stat

No. Glad its working. To get high enough current to burn insulation, you must have had a short to ground. Your element can show proper ohms across leads and still show short to ground. You didn't say you checked to ground. You might still need an element in the future.

    Water Heater T-stat

I think that is the wire to the element. I'd just get the kit with two elements and 2 tstats for $30 and replace both upper parts. Get the element wrench too. 1 trip. Done.

    Tractor Sear Armrest Kit

Really! JD armrests work on the MX? I see in your pic 3 small screw holes. Are those OEM and are they backed up with metal?

    FEL Hydraulic Line Routing Question

Provide picture of fitting and measure diameter at the threads if visible. Likely NPT, but you never know. Your new hardline, plan on JIC flares and use adapters where necessary. Edit: If the hose goes in the only plugged hole I saw in the parts images, it's got an o-ring, so likely ORB.

Advice needed on adding hydraulic circuit

Worst case, use a diverter valve off the curl circuit. It will do what you need without screwing up anything on the tractor. No my preference as it's not as intuitive as a true 3rd function, but given what you are starting with it might be best.

Hydraulic hose replacement: cold weather, tight space

That would be my first try. Maybe a stubby wrench if it ain't too tight.
