    Speed change interlock question???

Thanks, Wolfman. Makes sense. I know at times I have twisted in the seat looking backwards and so on and inadvertantly hit the speed change lever etc.. Looks like the "pin" on the shuttle rod has been sheared off. Will take a better look at it ASAP. Thanks again.

    Speed change interlock question???

What is the purpose of the "speed change interlock"? My 1986 L2250DT speed change works fine as does everything else but there is an adjustable rod underneath the tractor that is disconnected from the actual speed change lever. It should be connected via a "pin" made on the bottom of the lever...

L2250 3 point hitch adjusting leveling box?

Looking for a 3 point hitch adjusting leveling box for the right hand side. Can't seem to find one for a Kubota L2250. Most of the implement sites don't seem to carry one. Anyone out there have any luck finding one? The stationary length rod on the left side is about 17 1/2 inches long.

Hey guys. I have an L2250 with a fel and all is in pretty good shape, runs well etc.. Is there such a thing as putting a small back hoe attachment on it? The tractor does have two hydraulic connections at the back of the tractor already. Just don't know how much trouble it would be if it is...

    Engine oil???

Hey guys. The manual for my 1986 L2250 indicates using API CC or CD engine oil. Both of those designations are obsolete now. What is the correct modern day API oil classification that replaced the old CC and CD and what are some of the engine oils you guys use?? Thanks

Hey guys. I have a 1986 L2250 and occaisionally, the starter just clicks one time (a good loud click) every time I turn the ignition key, it does not try to turn the engine over at all. IT ONLY DOES THIS AT TIMES, MOST OF THE TIME IT STARTS FINE. I'm thinking I need to replace the two contacts...

Hey guys. I finally got the PTO lever to move to hi and low as it should and the PTO works fine. The only problem I am still having is that the PTO can't be engaged while the tractor is running, I must crank the tractor with the PTO already engaged. Don't like to do it this way but it's the only...

    Kubota L2250 PTO question

Hello. Can someone with an older L2250 (mine's a 1986) check and see if the PTO lever will engage with the engine not running and the clutch not depressed? My lever will not move the plunger at all with the engine running or not or the clutch depressed or not. Thanks
