    B2150 Power Steering Issue

Never mind why I have 3 Kubota B2150's. Gladly explain if anyone is interested. The first 2 are stick trans and the latest one is hydrostatic. The latest one obtained in 2021 from the midwest required only minor mech stuff to get it serviceable using the MMM (and whatever else I decide to do...

    Looking for Grille for B2710

Yes sir, still here. I thought I had sent you a note saying that the grille is for my son-in-law's Kubota he just bought. I gave him all the info and he has just been covered up with work -- trying to maintain a couple dozen school buses and said he just has not gotten to it.

    Looking for Grille for B2710

I would appreciate that. I don't know how to figure out if it will fit the B2710 or not. Not too worried about it being free of blemishes as we can probably spruce it up one way or the other. Besides the superhelpful pictures see if you can get a depth, height and width measurement. Thanks.

    Looking for Grille for B2710

You are probably right but $247 seems over the top to me. We will look for a while. I'm the old dude and the tractor is my son-in-law's new toy. If I had better fabrication means I'd make one !

    Looking for Grille for B2710

Yes, I have contacted quite a few salvage yards and so far found no grilles that might work. I had one pitiful attempt at a scam [which originated via Tractor by Net] -- tried to get me to send PayPal money in a mode where they get paid no matter whether we get the grille or not. It became a so...

    Looking for Grille for B2710

Need a grille for the B2710 . Black screen and plastic I think. Wanting to find one as a replacement part . Also appreciate any sources for one. New prices appear to be ridiculous.

    BX2200 Mower Fails to Lower

Nope, that does not help. Facing forward, the left knob is the cutting height knob. The right one is for setting the lowering or dropping rate of hydraulic supported loads like the 3pt hitch or the mower. Neither knob has anything to do with the PTO and neither goes back to the PTO.

    BX2200 Mower Fails to Lower

See below. As I said in the original post BOTH these knobs are frozen and will not turn.

    BX2200 Mower Fails to Lower

The MMM deck was working just fine and suddenly yesterday it will not lower more than about an inch from the uppermost level. Both the Cutting Height knob and the Lowering Rate knobs are frozen and will not turn. Strange because it worked one day and first pass the next day and then will not...

    Loader Valves

No problem. Understand. The English language has it's highs and lows for me.

    Loader Valves

. A) I own multiple Kubotas, have had loader valve issues on other brands of tractors, figured it is good to know my equipment better and besides I was curious. B) What I wanted to know was described in the original post. Are they made in-house by Kubota or 3rd party like others I am familiar...

    Loader Valves

Who makes most of the loader valves for the small Kubotas like the LA211 and LA304 loaders ? Does Kubota make the valves in-house or are they made by 3rd parties as they seem to be for most larger tractors ?

    5' Brush Mower

True, but if the shaft is not wobbling just use what they call "00 Grease" in it instead of 90wt gear oil. You can get that goo at Tractor Supply in squeeze bottles. Unless the seal is totally gone you'll be OK with that for lube purposes. Yes, it does take a lot of space to turn around. The...

    5' Brush Mower

That hog looks very old. Extra bearings for the driveshaft, manual lift with a crank, etc. To be honest I'd look elsewhere UNLESS that is the kind of machine you want. My cousin has a very old hog comparable to that one but lower and not as deep a box. It has 4 blades and no stump jumper, just...

    LA211 Bucket Replacements

Anyone know of a source for wider/larger buckets for the standard LA211 loader like the one on my BX2200 ? The original is fine for sand and gravel and soil BUT I'd love to find a bigger one for firewood and for light snow removal.

    Chains on front wheels

I don't think you would have any problem at all with chains putting too much strain on anything. By far the biggest concern is tight space around those stubby little front wheels and drive gear where chains COULD get caught and create havoc. Chains would help traction a whole lot more than...
