my bx2230 came with turf tires- use it to snow plow- have pulled many a zero turns out of the mud. does not eat the grass- good tires for all around use unless you are pulling extremely heavy dirt plow

put some rubber glue in a flat seal then add air- they wont spin- also remove any slime/dirt or grease

I just back up and ram it as my bx2230 has only turf tires. get some speed and smash into it, if too big just hit one side of the pile at a time.

yes but only put them on if you are having issues pushing snow or getting stuck- they will eat up asphalt and sure are bumpy when driving.

never use them on my bx2230 for snow plowing and I even have turf tires.

Mine blew a fuse so it would not turn off with the key. I drove up against a bldg and lowered RPM and drove into it until it died. Then replaced fuse.:mad:

Just need air- hydraulics and mechanical will work on zero gravity. engine just needs air. now how a diesel motor runs in zero gravity I dont know:D

just plowed drive- temp was -18 and only thing is plow is slow turning back to the right. Otherwise starting was fine. Does make new sound from back end but ITS COLD!

how do you get the caps off? mine are so close no wrench I have will fit- vice grips or crescent are not doing it. I don't want to damage them. they are not left handed threads are they?

the kubota switches are all crap as they get some water and rust / corrode right away. Then ya go to buy a replacement and they want $27! usually pushing it forward is on. I tried to clean it out but the inside was corroded beyond fixing it. if they would use stainless steel and other types...

or you can manually pus 12v to the plate for the glow plugs- I did this to prove the paower was not getting there and when I did this it fired right up.
