Dusty. you are right there is a valve. I have moved it so many times I am not sure which way is right any more. Its a litle valve just below the pump and metal side panel. I have tried all of its 2 positions. any thoughts...

Dusty there is no hyd action at the front blade or the 3 point.

Buldog, there is no noise when the lever to raise the 3 point is moved either up or down.

OK the blade is removed. It is run through hyd lines on factory quick disconects. The lever that raises the 3 point moves fine. Just no action on the 3 point. I tried to hook up the hyd blade lines and it still will do nothing. Nothing is froze up I can move the 3 point by hand up or down...
