    Landpride Third function kit plumbing

I have a L2501 that I put a third function kit on, part number 380-152a, it works but I question the plumbing? They tell you to connect the loader valve power beyond to the tank port of the 3rd function valve. Not the p port. They now sell a new kit # 380-153b , that has the hoses reversed...

    Shopping a L2501 tractor

They should be giving you the rebate on the finance side also, it is 1400 at this time, the pin on bucket is for the backhoe I believe.

Engine knock dealer says new motor

Why would Kubota not "let" them rebuild engine? They have no say in the matter if its not warranty.

    Any LX2610 or B2650 owners?

The LX2610 I just traded off developed a lurch or jerk as it got colder. It was not too bad this summer but as the weather got cooler it got much worse. Last time I loaded pallets in my truck I almost hit the tailgate. Backing up and then trying to creep would almost always cause it.

    Dealer negotiation / pricing

I would say it depends how much over msrp, the msrp does not include taxes , freight, delivery charges. I saw a post on a fourm where he was mad the dealer was more, but the extra was tax. So you need all the details.

Important differenes between LX2610 and B2601?

Yes , results vary, but many people have had the problem so that is why I suggest driving it before buying. Mine was not a problem till it got colder.

Important differenes between LX2610 and B2601?

The LX has a heavier front axle, the mower on a LX is a ground contact vs suspended on the B, the LX uses a different HST unit and a parking brake light which is nice. The LX I had would jump of jerk when trying to creep, so I would drive one before buying.

    Winter Tire Pressure for Plowing

I can see where the R14 would work well in snow, and dropping pressure should make them even better.

    Winter Tire Pressure for Plowing

When I bought the tractor it was still in the crate and tires were wrapped up in plastic so didn't see the tractor with tires until delivered. Dealership said they will swap them when they get a set of R4 in stock. I will be taking them up on that offer.

    Winter Tire Pressure for Plowing

My new L2501 has R14 tires and I cant believe that they call for 44 psi in the fronts, they are really rounded at that pressure, the more I look at them the more I want to go back to R4. I would like to drop pressure down too but not sure how that would work with a load on them. Will be watching...
