I forgot to release hydraulic pressure when disconnecting my BX23S backhoe. What do I do now?

I had this happen to me. Even bleeding the pressure as much as I could out of the end of the fitting, I still couldn't them on. I ended up using a floor jack to lift the center of the backhoe and take the pressure off of the riggers, boom, etc. Then I got them. This was one time I didn't...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Did some grading work yesterday. Didn’t take before pictures, but there was a berm about 5 feet off the house on each side after this addition was put in. So the job consisted of grading that back in off the house, and moving/grading a couple yards of topsoil that sat on the side

    Bush Hog squealer

Good to know! I picked up a 48” model today. Had the guy hook it to his PTO, sounded good. Brought it home and immediately went to maintenance on it. Now just trying to get the tail wheel spindle freed

    Bush Hog squealer

Wondering if anyone could provide insight, good or bad, on the Bush Hog squealer units? Research seemed to yield mixed results. It’s a 48” model that would be in consideration Thank you

    Gas prices

I’m paying $43 every 3 days to fill my commuter, which use to be $20-$25 back when things were good and people got their feelings hurt. I have to think twice before grabbing my truck keys if I’m running around town

Right. And interesting timing given the known backlogs on 01 series tractors

Starting a llc and picking up some smaller jobs

I have found that asking for such advice from the masses brings out a majority consensus as to why you shouldn't do it. Ask yourself if you want to do it and challenge yourself. If so, then do it....You'll figure it out along way...

    Pump for your plastic cans.

Has anyone experimented with trying to put some sort of fuel filter in line with that Harbor Freight pump?

    Bad Boy implements

Wondering if anyone has any insight on a Bad Boy box blade? Local dealer has them, but I was not aware of them being in the tractor implement business. A brief Google search showed some folks approving of them. Thanks for the help

    L4701 Trailer

Good thing I’m not relying on luck, huh? And it was only about 9 months ago… Now that we have that little hijack behind us, the original point, that was clearly missed, and to the original poster, was that it would suck to have to rely on renting a trailer whenever it was needed. Patience is...

Nopee. I’m thinking directly of my 12k, 12’ dump trailer

    L4701 Trailer

Haha you may want to fact check your price comparison of a 12’ dump trailer to a 20’ trailer. That was a short sighted comment And thanks for assuring my understanding that an L47 wouldn’t fit on a 12’ “trailer”(y)

    L4701 Trailer

To the OP, renting while keeping an eye on the used market would be my advice if you are that torn on a trailer. I paid $2K for my used 12’ Bri-Mar dump trailer last Spring. Yes, it’s used and certainly shows signs of it, but it was functional and road worthy right away and has been invaluable...
