    Fire wood

It takes a fire wood processor to get a true cord of wood. The tree guys who cut down, split, stack, season and sell "fire wood" have no clue what a true cord is. And from the tree guys I think its bullshit the prices they charge. They keep wood after charging YOU for taking down a tree then...

Why a Grader Scraper is Better than a Box Scraper for Driveway Maintenance

I'd spring for a power rake. Its a 4in1 tool that would save me having to buy 4 individual attachments. With a power rake on a driveway it can atleast resurface gravel thats compacted down deep, thus reducing the need to buy more gravel.

    L3800 Tie Down Points

In your case I'd put a clevis threw the draw bar with a chain and binder and another chain over the loader arms if it has a FEL.

    L3800 Tie Down Points

I have a rinkydink B6100 and I use a clevis on the draw bar with a chain and ratchet binder ALWAYS. The chain wont break as easily as a strap will.

    Threads on 250 gallon tank

To further your quest for more useless knowledge those tanks are called IBC totes or Intermediate Bulk Container. The idea behind them are to carry more liquid then 55 gallon drums and easier to transport and are stackable. Common sizes are 275 gallon and 330 gallon

    Kubota 4 wheel drive tractor w/ loader - $11000

I've been checking out Craigslist daily for years and almost every sinlge ad I've seen is priced insanly high for junk. And it usually hangs around for months at a time. People are shell shocked with the price they dont bother to go any further.

How do you guys go about pricing? Where to buy?

If you plan to buy local and have a long term relationship with the dealer. Sometimes the price isn't as big as a concern as dealer support after the sale is. I hear about it all to often on here from others buying local from a dealer who isn't worth a fart for customer service after the sale...

    L3200 or L3800?

Really all depends on the chores you plan to tackle. As mentioned the L3800 for more power and beefier weight. When in doubt go bigger then you need. If you're under powered and sized for the job you'll struggle to no end to knock out the honey do list.

    Advice on Tractor Size

You can get as small as a B3030 with a cab to keep you toasty warm in the winter months. I'd think you'd be better off with a snow blower for clearing that much parking lots, especially if its all gravel.

    B6100 Transmission WANTED

Sounds to me your best bet would be split the tractor and replace the gears inside the tranny that are going. Sounds like you want to make chicken salad out of chicken shit and I can't see a 4wd conversion being that easy to tackle either. Would be better off buying a B6100 thats hydro and 4wd...

    A little input please

I got into a Facebook conversation the other day about actor, rapper and host of Americas got Talent. Nick Cannon as he dressed as a white guy for a new album he has released and people were all up in arms because a black dude colored his skin to look like a white dude. I personally thought it...
