Anybody have any experience with a AFM eliminator?

Are you referring to the AFM disabler for GM vehicles? If so, I have one on my 2022 Sierra with the 5.3 and it was a noticeable improvement with little to no impact on the fuel consumption that I have seen. It simply plugs into the OBD port and off you go. I purchased mine from Range Technology.

    Get well soon Dan!!!

You get to carry a medical implant card which is helps sometimes, Every now and then you get one of those TSA folks that is having a bad day which results in a very thorough pat down. I will say that I would do it again tomorrow, so much relief with just a touch of dysphagia if I eat too fast.

    Get well soon Dan!!!

I too suffered with Gerd and a fairly large hiatal hernia for over 30 years. Had been on the max doses of meds and was still suffering with breakthrough and was loosing my voice. Was recommended to see a specialist by my gastroenterologist doc back in early 2021. They repaired the hernia in my...

How much does a B2650 rear tire and rim weigh? Mine came off.

I have also learned to put painters tape on the side of the tire to let me know I am at the 12 o'clock position from the seat of the tractor. Simple solution to avoid getting on and off the tractor if you do not have a spotter.

3 point attachments on front end loader

I have been looking at one of these for a while for moving attachments, using my old boom pole as a light lifting jib and maybe even for pushing the occasional snow with an old 6' blade in my mother in laws barn.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Went skating/drifting on the Kubota while pushing snow yesterday. Loaded R4's on a sloped asphalt drive and some packed snow make it interesting. Had to use the bucket once to back myself out when I had pushed a bit too far across the state road and dropped a front tire off the far side of the...

Did something really stupid - One inch hole in tractor tire

Looks like you are from VA, I have used McCarthy Tire in Rockville, VA on two occasions for the larger Ag tire on a Ford 2600. Once was a full replacement due to a piece of wire slicing a 4" gash in the sidewall. The tires were loaded and I was able to carefully roll it from the tractor to my...

    Husqvarna 550xp mark 2 or Stihl ms261

The timing of this thread peaked my interest as my 30+ year old Stihl 029 has been having a few issues lately (A new clutch sprocket should be delivered Friday). I will say that I have been able to find parts online or at a local dealer pretty easily. I have recently been looking at buying one...

I don't understand the hate with the "treadle" pedal.

I have no issues with the pedal. Convenient and I don't even think about it when doing a lot of loader/grapple work.

    Titan Attachments Buyer Beware!

Don't ask me how I know, but a damaged hydraulic coupler can make it seem like a cylinder had failed. I had it happen on my grapple. It was self inflicted and repaired for approximately $9.00 ;)

    Fireplace insert

I found Rockford Chimney Supply to be extremely helpful (I had lots of questions) and reasonably priced (including shipping). I ended up with an insulated liner and cap down to my wood stove after discovering some issues with my old flue liner which was way oversized and led to significant...

    Everything on Everything Attachments

With the EA fiasco I recently purchased a grapple from Catawba and could not be more pleased. Excellent communications from them when I contacted them regarding stock and shipping times. I picked mine up from the freight terminal 3 business days after ordering it. Great quality product that...

    L3901 HST

I have a 2017 L3901 that I purchased used in 2019 with approximately 300 hours on it. I now have over 850 hours and knock on wood, no issues other than an adjustment needed to the PTO switch. Only took me a few minutes too figure that one out as I got of for lunch and all was good then when I...

    The cost of getting old

I am right behind you as I am in my 60's and realizing I cannot keep up with the things I used to do with ease. I have always been self sufficient for repairs and construction around the homeplace and it pains me terribly to pay someone for something that I can do myself. I was planning to...

    Changing Tires on Tandem Trailer

For those of you that have any kind of trailer with tandem axles this has to be the easiest way to change a tire I have ever used. I bought this and have had it stored in the back for years and never needed it. Well I discovered that one of the tires on my boat trailer had a failed plug and...

Photo shoot anything lately? Random Photo Thread

My wife and I were eating brats and enjoying the firepit when this eagle flies up the edge of the field and lands in one of the big oaks about 60 feet from us. It paid no attention to us as we conversed and even got up to take a couple of pics.
