Sounds about right although I have never measured mine when completely angled.

Removing bristles is relatively easy although I do not know whether you can run it doing what you are proposing. To me it would just be easier to just power angle it one way or the other to reduce the width.

I have the same blower. When I bought mine the dealer told me 2380 was good 2680 was better. Coming up on my 3 rd winter and my 2680 has no problem handling lots of snow up in Ontario. Was money well spent as far as i'm concerned.

You just don't know how to motivate them. As I remember, my old man didn't seem to have a problem in that regard................

If that is the case, you might be able to get along with a BX1800 and really save some $$$$$$

I have the 2680 with a 54" commercial blower. I find it perfect. If your $$$ driven then the 2380 will probably do you just fine. I just like having that little extra when I need it. When the time comes to change I'm sure the resale will help offset the initial cost.

If it has the new 4 hose manifold on the loader, you are going to grow to hate it. Kubota has tried three revisions on the set up and they still leak oil all over the tractor and ground. As well, when you get a little wear on the lock pins you will just love the slop in the loader towers...

MSRP on the commercial blower and K drive is around 5400.

For comparison I bought a BX2680 with the same loader, 54" MMM and K drive system with a 54" Commercial F/M Snowblower for 19,800.Can with "0" hours. That was in Nov. 2017.

You can push just as much snow with the FEL bucket, as well as stack it. I can't see the advantage of the blade for a few inches of width gain.

Turn the 4 gauge wheels 90 degrees as per the manual. The mmm rolls in and out no problem. No need for any type of dolly.

I have the same blower on my BX2680 and both my sub frame and K drive start with model# 28 so my guess is your dealer is spot on with your set up. Your gonna love the blower and you will see no real need for the back blade to do what you are going to use it for. That blower slings snow a...

Good luck on that one.........Kubota doesn't seem to think there is a problem, so I believe your out to lunch for ANY compensation. Just convert it over and be done with it.

Try loading the bucket full with some weight and drop it down

You can adjust the height of the bristles so just touching the lawn cleans the loose debris. crank it down a little and gravel just comes right off. I really like it. You can also use it to take up to 3" of snow off the driveway as well.

Perhaps, but they are easily serviced with new "O" rings commonly available. If they need replacement, it is a $15.00 piece as opposed to a $57.00 piece at your friendly Kubota dealer. Point being that after buying a "premium" tractor I really am not content to have it pissing out oil all over...
