I agree, I‘ve returned quite a few defective purchases in the past. I’m usually told to go get the replacement and bring it to the return desk, but I can see how a water heater would be a bit cumbersome to do that. Good on you for returning to the store to correct the mistake. Mike

I bought a land pride grapple and third function kit. I installed both, instructions weren’t great. I found a YouTube video someone made for installing the third function, made things very easy. Maybe there’s one for your tractor/3rd function. Mike
