    Plow advice, compact B7100

there are a couple of good threads in the tires and wheels section of the forum that can help with the tire selection and also adding rim guard for weight. might be worth a look btw dont worry about over working the tractor with the tiller. The B series was originally designed for use with a...

    Plow advice, compact B7100

According to the owners manual I have it says a 14 inch single bottom plow is the recommended size for it. Depending on your ground it could still have trouble with that plow. 4 wheel drive and r1 ag tires help tremendously as would a set of weights or have the tires filled with fluid. The...

1979 B7100DT Delivery Valve Torque & Low Oil Pressure

see if this helps you with the camshaft plug and your oil pressure issue. I saw this video a while back on you tube where the guy had low to no oil pressure. This was a pretty common problem on the B6100 and B7100 tractors as well as some others like the L175 and L185...

    B7100 axle problem

I just replaced the pivot pin and bushings in my front axle this spring. The loader really speeds up the wearing process on those parts. I'm still in the process of restoring my B7100D. I did the front half of the tractor last winter. I plan on doing the rear half this winter and hopefully...

L185/L1801 oil pressure and coolant temp question

I managed to get off work a little early and took some pictures of the B7100 gauges and and sensor locations. The gauges are made by Bosch 1.5 inches in diameter from advance auto parts $29.99. looking a new rm mower for B7100D

Thanks Daren, I played with a 6ft agmate that my neighbor has to try a see what would happen. I was surprised at how the well mower cut, he had removed the original discharge chute and chains and made a new one so I was curious as to how it would discharge the clippings.

L185/L1801 oil pressure and coolant temp question

This is a very interesting thread to me. My B7100 has the thermosyphon system as well and is close to the same horse power of the L185/L1801. I installed a mechanical temp gauge near the top of the radiator just above the flutes. My temp readings slowly climb to 180 degree range with no to...

looking a new rm mower for B7100D

I stopped by agri supply in Garner today and looked at the Caroni ( Italian mower) and the agmate (china mower). Both are rear discharge and roll on four wheels unlike my old rm59 that only had 2 rear wheels. I like the idea of the deck floating independent of the tractor and following the...
