    Grass catcher mods for T1600

These catcher parts were otherwise just setting in the basement about to be tossed out. Figured I'd try something with them. It's dirty like most things but it works.

2018 rtv-xg850 running like trash at only 125.5 hours

Verify your plugs are properly gapped and then try a heat range or two hotter. Had one come through that had the wrong plugs in it. Plugs too cold.

    Kubota G1900-S Strange noises

What NIW said and how long has it been doing that. Hade my both 4200 and 5200 HSTs would click like that all the time being pushed when not running. Just not that loud. Did you tow it recently too fast?

    It is tick season.

Ticks out down here. Went out yesterday to do a quick salvage run picking up an old shed. Didn't think much of it but this morning woke up to 4 ticks chewing me up. Baby ticks but they bite and keep moving. I've had AlphaGal for four years now and not eating red meat for the next 23 really sucks...

    Kubota D1105 Injection pump cracked

You could have no shims on the pump and it shouldn't do this. I would think it would break at the flange first where it's mounted. That is some force to bust it there. Did it start or just rotating to prime? Dose it go in easily to the flange? Wow

    Grinding gears G4200

Well, I checked my copy of the WSM and like everyone else it does not include the manual gear transmission information. Any luck yet?

    Grinding gears G4200

Yes, a few more places to bind and stick. Preservation lube is sticky and must be cleaned off everything if you find some. Springs, guild thingys, caps can all take a very light oil sometimes. Not too much cause it can stick.

    Grinding gears G4200

Any way to put the friction pads and plates in the wrong place/order? Changing gears with the RPMs too high? Changing gears before the tractor stops moving? Maybe the pads are not completely disengaging when cold because some of those internal parts can be lubed or coated with a preservation oil...

    Grinding gears G4200

That should take care of any old parts you might had sticking. Little more adjustment then?

I think he was asking where'd the part come from.

    Grinding gears G4200

Not the clutch faces themselves. The springs and plate might be about it. Could be binding in one.

    Grinding gears G4200

Thinking backwards, no lube or wrong lube, or just barely out of adjustment. Sorry nothing more direct, been a little bit since the last time I touched the cluch on mine.

    Chinese diesel generator

I did consider this. I drained the fuel and filled it from a more recent batch of fuel I've gotten. Same thing, and all the same fuel has been burning in all my other equipment. Still going to get more now just to make sure about quality of my stock.

    Chinese diesel generator

I couldn't find a place to post about odd ball equipment so here we go. What I have is a Chinese generator with a 186FA 418 diesel engine. When I first got it the generator head was inop and I replaced it but doing so i had to install a different crankshaft to match the replacement gen assy I...

    Kubota g6200 Stop Knob linkage

Floppy stop knobs at the panel are normal as long as the other end is still connected with a pin and cotter key. You could add a grommet to the panel to tighten it up. Alot of folks may have stepped on the knob getting on and off bending it down more than normal. I melted of my fan blades with a...
