The price will get to the point i will add a fuel surcharge. Not something I want to do. I buy over 6000 gallons a month.

Any downsides to Top N Tilt?

When I got my MX the top n tilt was backorder. So I have run the box blade with and without. I did have the remote valves so I could run my scarifier on the blade. As said, faster work, trailer loading, quick hitch use. Absolutely a must for productivity when working a box blade. I don't know...

    New member from Montana

Welcome. I don't have any experience with tB or BX series'. I am gaining a bunch with the MX. Awesome machine. It works hand in glove with our skid steer on construction type projects. You're going to enjoy the heck out of it

Anyone own both a single and dual lid grapple?

I too have a double. It's a bobcat brand on a bobcat skid steer. We break up concrete with it and load info a dump truck. It is really good for uneven load's like busted concrete or rocks. Something a single probably can't do well.

    Grading a new driveway

I have been adding a longer drive to my property. I have a solid base and I cut down. I have an elevation change of 3 feet. So the drainage is a challenge. When I cut I set the scarifier at a minimum to work with the front blade in the box. Depending on the terrain you can crown the road or...

New guy with a BX23S looking for opinions.

I had to add tie downs to my MX. I have had it on the trailer several times. I used the existing frame holes in the front and put in D rings. For the rear I use a clevis in the draw bar. Chains and binders.

    Antifreeze

I don't know, maybe. I am just breaking them down into the 4 categories (for diesel). From what you posted, you identified the Kubota product as having "Hydrated inorganic acid" I would think that would make it an IAT (Inorganic Acid Technology). The product the OP asked about is an HOAT...

    Antifreeze

Most products do a great job of hiding what technology they use. If I could find the type that Kubota is, this would be easy. This scares you to buy their product. Especially the popular automotive brands. You get more information of the technology with the brands made for Heavy truck. Both Peak...

    Antifreeze

I do not have the best answerer for everyone's Kubota. For me, My fleet consists of diesel Cat, Cummins, Isuzu and our sweepers have auxiliary engines from Kubota and John Deer. I have gone with a Heavy Duty Extended service OAT. Any vehicle that I am concerned about the improper mix is being...

    Antifreeze

I recently did a lot of research on coolants. I did because of the mix of vehicles in my fleet and I wanted to get down to one coolant. Color is not how to pick. There are four main types of coolant (your Zerex is #4): Inorganic Acid Technology (IAT): The liquid that most people think of when...

    Dovetail or Flatbed Trailer?

I know the tilt was not a choice you mentioned. Yet it probably works best for loading something low. Then the dove tail and last the flat. The ramps you assemble are a pain. I own a tilt and flat hauler with stand up ramps.

    Turning a tractor over

Our rolled bobcat was not a lifted loader. It was working construction and cutting a road on a slope. When it started to slide, the operator tried to quickly spin and drive it down the slope. There was too much sand in the material and that let the wheel dig causing the tip. Had it gotten...

    New MX5400 Problem

BA76, As a new MX5400 owner, I am wondering if you discovered the problem? I have ordered the service manual for my machine. I have been getting the random water in fuel light and buzzer. I have drained the separator into a glass to verify water and I have never gotten any.

    B2601 regrets?

Make sure you give yourself a test fit, ride and maybe test dig. My dealer had a pile to play on. I road tested 3 different machines. Try on a couple and check the fit for you.
