Any Idea Where This Nutplate Goes? LC3520HSDC

We recently relocated across the country and had a hotshot driver transport the tractor (LX3520) to our new house. When it arrived, I found this nutplate on the cab floor and for the life of me, I can't tell where it came from.

Anyone recognize it?

#120 is correct Where is the black knob that it attaches to.

Looks like there are two 120's, one gets a knob with a washer and the other a bolt with a washer.
