I have a used L4701DT gear drive that I’m thinking of selling because I’m using it more for dirt work than I thought. Originally thought I’d being doing more bush hogging, thought wrong, never had a bucket before! The tractor is a 2023, had to replace clutch at 100 hours, has 140 on it now, did make one claim to replace hood because of a branch going through it. It has a 3rd function valve on it. Want to get a HST. Dealer said my trade in would be $21k owe about $24k still. Posted on wife’s facebook, where else is a good place and what would be a fair price?

Facebook is probably the easiest. Area dependent. I do frequently look on Craigslist but the past decade or so everything has went to facebook marketplace. I can’t remember the last time I found something on Craigslist that I bought.
Might be a had sell with having the clutch replaced already. That would be a hard pass for me as that means it’s been abused.
There are dedicated facebook groups that you could list it on also. I believe there is a L series owners group.

Go onto www.tractorhouse.com and type in Kubota L4701DT in the search bar. It will pull up multiple listings of that model for sale. Use it to help establish a price for your tractor. Remember even though they are asking a price, doesn’t mean that the tractor will sell for that price.
