The 9 wire main connector in my B7100HST old has burned because of a defective part. I have corrected the problem,. but need to replace the connector. Any ideas where I can get the 9 plug connector. I found some, but the wires were to small.

Thanks

Sounds like you are determined to match the original connector. Measure the dimensions of the shell, pin to pin spacing, sizes and types of pins.

Then look at the connectors at eastern beaver on the internet. That connector is Japanese, used on motorcycles or sport vehicles. Modern connectors have moved to sealed connectors for automotive use.

When I rewired much of my B7100 last year I had the same problem with that and some other connectors but the deterioration was mainly age and them falling apart. I bypassed around them with insulated spade connectors and colored shrink tube for each of the conductors. Some places I eliminated connectors as there was never a need to open the circuit anyway. I can't remember when all the electricals worked all at the same time and when needed. 🏆

I was going to suggest Eastern Beaver, but Jim L. beat me to it!

What are the gauges of the wires and qty of each gauge in that connector?
Thanks to all. I think all that info will help me decide which options and how.
I was going to suggest the Deutsch DT Size 16 8-position and the DTHD Size 12 1-position connectors. Split the heavy gauge wire off from the rest of the smaller gauge wires.
