    Help with hydraulic top link

Thanks guys. I have been looking into a piloted check valve to install on the cylinder to help with the slow creep of the attachment dropping. There is a single piloted check valve and a double piloted check valve. For the top link, which one do I need.

    Help with hydraulic top link

I installed a hydraulic top link in my Kubota L2501. It works great except for one thing. If I drop my box blade to the ground and move forward the top link will compress a couple inches before becoming solid. If I then adjust the top link to where I want it, it will be fine until I lift the box...

    Pull behind brush cutter

This isn’t a tractor implement I suppose but more of an ATV implement, but with the knowledge base here I’m sure you will be able to help. My local cross country ski club is looking for a pull behind brush cutter that can be pulled behind a Atv or UTV, to make trail clearing in the fall time a...

    Questions about Grapple Build

Pallet forks are one of the most usefull and versitile attachments you can have for a tractor and are my most used attachment out of all my attachments. Unless you are only using them for a specific task where the width doesn't need adjusting, I would not make them non adjustable.

    Need help with which implement

Well I've got half of the stuff already ........ I have a welder, just need the bailer lol That looks like an interesting contraption and probably all I would need for the area that i have to do. It doesn't look like it would mess with the grade either. Do you have some better pictures of how...

    Need help with which implement

I live on an small acreage in town limits of 1.5 acres. I don't have a long driveway but I do have a fair bit of the area covered in crushed rock for the driveway and parking that does require a fair bit of maneuvering to maintain it. There are some areas that are fairly tight and close to...

    L2501 rear axle seals

I have stored my tractor outside for the past few weeks instead of my heated shop like I usually do. Yesterday after plowing snow in -28c I parked it in the shop again and today I came out to what looks like both rear axle seals leaking. I am very mechanically inclined but This is my first...

homemade wood splitter idea. could it work?

I agree with buying a new engine for it as well, for all the reasons above, and also, why put unneeded wear and tear on an expensive tractor engine when you put it on a $300 throw away engine.

    Operating RPM

I have a L2501 and during general use like plowing snow, driveway maintenance and loader work I run the engine around 1800 RPM which seems to work fine. What rpms are theses tractors designed to operate at that is safe on the engine and gives peak performance

    Running rough

Thanks guys. I know for certain that it is winter fuel, so thats covered. In the three years that i have had the tractor I have never used a fuel conditioner, but thinking back last winter there were a couple times while plowing snow it ran rough for a few minutes but then cleared up. It has a...
