    Hydraulic hoses …

Apparently they last 23 years. My 1999 L3010 has had 4 hoses go this year. Only a couple more to go!

    Air filter service light issue?

Well I have not had the light come on since my last post. If it happens again, I’ll try cleaning the contacts.

    Air filter service light issue?

It came on today when I turned the key before starting. I moved it to a clean open area and removed both filters. It stayed on. I replaced filters and ran it some. After 5 minutes it flickered off and on a few times then stayed off. Parked it in the shade. Will try again later. Filters look...

    Air filter service light issue?

Started the L3010 for the first time in a couple weeks and the air filter light came on in the center of the console display. Only a few hours since full service including new air filters. I pulled both primary and secondary filters. They look new but I blew them off with air hose and...

    L3010 rear PTO O-ring seal?

Great info, thanks! It is not leaking at this time but I'll watch it and probably do it then.

    L3010 rear PTO O-ring seal?

One time bump. Any advice? Thanks

    L3010 rear PTO O-ring seal?

Used my 60" tiller and noticed a long thin piece of rubber sticking out next to spine. 4-5" long. Pulled it off and continued. It isn't leaking any HF (yet). Should I ignore it unless it starts leaking? Pull the rear plate off and replace? Or does the shaft and bearing have to come out also? The...

    3pt log splitter hydraulic question

You could pick up a PTO spline drive hydro pump and do a little better running the splitter cylinder with that and a reservoir. My neighbor does this but its still to slow for me.

    Brand New to Tractors!!

Always operate with the ROPs up and all 4 wheels down. Use seat belt on side hills or slopes. Go SLOW until you get a feel for everything. You don't need speed. (I watched a neighbor wreck a loader frame by using his tractor to ram posts loose) Let the machine do the work. Maintenance-all...

EA Wicked Root grapple sizing help

I recently got a 60" single lid version from them. I called and they didn't offer much guidance at the time with me. My 60" is if anything a little too much but it works OK on my L3010. Its built very well. I fear I would damage the loader before the grapple failed. If I were to do it over, I...

    Disc Harrow w/L3200?

Check with your local pheasants forever or quail unlimited, or your regional govt offices for NRCS, soil and water conservation, or DNR etc. I rented a seed drill pretty reasonable and they delivered it and picked it up a few days later. Had to get on the list and time my herbicide application...

    Disc Harrow w/L3200?

+ this you need to borrow a seed drill. Don't know about your area but here the state agencies and pheasants forever rent them cheap.

    Grapple question

Almost universal. There are 2 types but one type is much more common than the other. You'll probably be compatible. I just bought a WR Long 3rd function kit and it works great with my EA single lid. The send the grapple with the most common connectors unless you specify otherwise.

    3rd function kit (WR Long)

Thanks. I'll be changing the fittings on the loader and all will be good. I bought the 60" EA wicked single lid grapple. Very impressed with it. Probably would have been just as happy with the 55". The limiting factor seems to be my loader capacity, not the grapple. The quick attach adapter...

    3rd function kit (WR Long)

That's what I was thinking too. Have to change the male/female ends around and I wanted to change the way they mounted them at the same time. Thanks
