Options and options for Insulating an A-frame

Thanks for the feedback. We haven't decided if we are going to do the work ourselves or have someone do it. I don't mind taking on a large project but the roof is large and steep (each side is ~35ft x~30ft at 23/12 pitch). I talked to a couple contractors to get ideas. It sounds like the...

Options and options for Insulating an A-frame

I have an A-frame we want to turn into a year round house/ cabin. The main areas that need improvement are the windows and the insulation in the roof; on a hot day it can get to 90F inside. The windows are floor to ceiling single pane glass on both end walls; the plan is to reframe the end...

    L2350dt retrofitting a BL4690b backhoe

I believe the standard pump is an Eaton 25503LSC; it s a 2.05 cu. in. displacement per rotation. There's a coupler to connect the pump's key way shaft to the PTO spline. The backhoe does have different mounting components with different mounting holes for the B series and the L series...

Those pipe are part of the loader installation. The top one is pressure, the middle is the power beyond and the bottom is return to tank:

kubota 4590 back how pto pump discontinued

I don't know about the 4590 but on the 4690 it used a Eaton gear pump. I don't know the model or all the details but the pump was rated at a high rpm (3,000+) with a high displacement (15GPM+). At the 540RPM of the PTO it equated to 4-6 GPM I believe.

This is where I added oil pressure and water temperature to my B9200.

    BH92 bucket fitment

I haven't seen Kubota publish any drawings like that. I've had to reverse engineer a B26 bracket before. Your best bet might be to look at aftermarket bucket manufactures; I have see some of them list the ear dimensions.

    BF500 loader

My BF350 has the same type of gland. The above is correct, you have to push the gland inwards, remove the cir-clip and then pull the rod out. Mine took a lot of force to get the glands to move inward; when I used a punch I broke/ chipped the gland where the wiper seal goes. I modified a thick...

B7200HST rotted rims - discontinued parts ??help??

I had a similar issue with my B9200 and determined that one of the current rear rims would work (Don't remember which); the only difference was 16mm vs 17mm bolt holes. Since I needed tires also, I ordered a tire package through sales instead of parts and was cheaper then the cost for the rims...

    B2150 Power Steering Issue

The WSM for the B9200HST, which is very similar but older, says the force should be less than 1.3lbs: This is what the troubleshooting section says:

BX2380> PACKAGES> What Denotes The Difference In Prices?

It is from the Kubota BX Price List. If you google Kubota BX price list PDF you can find it. They have different lists for the different series (BX, B, L, TLB, etc). You usually can't find the current year but past years can be found. I use it for finding the kit numbers for options that can be...

BXpanded Thumb,Root Ripper, quick connect- Problems-Warranty

I had fitment issues with their quick coupler; they sent me 4 or 5 different ones and none work. In the end they did refund me and send a return label the return.

    Recovered B8200 - Found abandoned

This is the section for adjusting the play on a B9200 HST but I think the process is similar on the B8200: I adjusted mine until it was fully maxed out and I still had about 2-3" of play. I dissembled the column and this connection was very loose and worn-out. I reworked it and shimmed...

Old B 9200 putting in food plots

This post shows the process for removing loader. I put a wood block or brick under each foot so it doesn't sync into the dirt over the winter.
