in extreme cold below 20f oncevthe engine warms up i drive slow letting the hst warm the fluid after a shirt bit i start running the fel through its full motion range up down tilt and same with my remotes and 3 point after a few complete cycles it works like normal

with the cylinders retracted disconnect each hose on each end and drain. its a pain in the ass. if you are insisting on it you pretty much gotta disassemble the cab/seat area to get to each hose where it connects to the pump.... you can get super crazy with it if you want to.

i am not sure if the bx hydrostat has a setting you can adjust for how agressively it stops after releasing the pedal or not but my l6060 has such a thing. i would investigate the manual and see if you have that feature. if so just set it a bit more agressive

you still might if you dont have hydraulic top link. depending on how the implement is sitting compaired to your current top link adjustment you may still have to get out and adjust it if yours is a manual top link
