    Bad Welds?

if proper prep isnt done it doesnt matter how good a welder you are robot or not its gonna be a sht weld. if things arent being stressed even sht welds work until they dont

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

it would be way too dangerous. the pallet plus bh92 plus hydraulic thumb plus dirt is hitting at 2000lbs first iteration was just a flat platform and that was super dangerous so i added two pieces to get solid 3 points of contact. built like that i can shove hard on the legs or stick...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

finally got a nice day. so i built a dolly for my bh92. im going to chang the location of the wheels and see if its eadier to roll. my initial thought was to support the center. but adding the top two boards under the operator platform i dont think its needed so im going to change that

    Ballast Analysis

i m not saying dont use ballast. my point is that on a tractor like the crappy ones i mentioned it doesnt matter how much ballast you have when the loader is at iys max its in a super dangerous condition. kubota and deere do a good job in rating their fel for aopropruate ballast

    Ballast Analysis

this is really more a problem with cheap chicom/korea/india like kioti tym mahindra LS etc. tractors such as those brands tend to dangerously oversize their fel with no regard to frame size wheel spacing and weight of the machine, making it super easy to get into dangerous orientations. its...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

put one side up today. and getting materuals to build a plywood backer wall to protect the barn wall then move the rack into final place and anchor it. beam on the far end is just temporary so we could get an idea of how it will all go together. the other 20 feet of racking will come out...

Grand L4060 Rear Remotes and Top & Tilt

hydraulic top link i use all the time. the only time i use the tilt is with the box blade so its almost never on the tractor. but get the kubota remotes simply because the after market ones really are not very good at all. ive seen and used them on friends tractors in the past and for me...

    Bucket options for BH92

i just had a narrow small trenching bucket with no teeth made for my bh92. my dealer contacted the company that makes oem buckets for the bh92 and had it made for me. it wasnt what i would call cheap but there really isnt another choice i could find. ran me 1200 for it but it beats the...

    Cold weather loader problem

what i do is as soon as the temp gauge starts moving i drive the tractor slowly this will use the hst to heat up the hydraulic fluid. after a bit start moving all the conrrols through their ranges this will distribute the warmer fluid faster

flail mower or rotory brush cutter

i use a flail mower having had rotary cutters in the past i never want to deal with those again. total pain in the ass to me for maintanance. i would rather deal with a bunch of small individual hammer type blades than the huge bulky difficult to keep sharp rotary blades. ive got a...

    Inverted Snowblower Good, Bad, Ugly

i just put the pusher on level it about axel height and get it done. if i need to pull snow i can angle the chute full down rotate full right and it just self feeds to pull snow from tight areas. with the pusher i can easily push down huge drifts and just then drive over super easy.
