    B6100D Hydraulics Issue

That's the boss fittngs. Finally got to taking them off. There's some rubber washer/o-ring there. Is it supposed to be bigger? I also checked the treads in the block. They seem ok. One thing I noticed... the block where fitting screws in has been countersunk. It has a measurement of 3/4". The...

    3 Pt Hitch Mower Offset??

Hi all. In the spirit that "the only stupid question is the one not asked..." here's my question. I have what looks to be a home made bush mower that came with my B6100D. Don't have any photos of it at the moment. Sorry. I am wondering if I can hook it up to the 3 pt hitch so that it is kind of...

Briggs and Stratton 15.5HP engine running loud

Thanks for the responses everyone. I kind of thought it was more knock than muffler. I don't really have the time (or skills for that matter) to dig into the engine. If it had been a muffler I probably could have (relatively easily) replaced it. I'll probably run the poor thing into the ground...

Briggs and Stratton 15.5HP engine running loud

Here's a video of my 20+ year old lawn tractor starting up. https://youtu.be/sclnbQk0Z3s She's pretty loud. I can't tell if it's the muffler that's shot or the engine knocking. What do you all think?

    B7200 Hydraulic Grinding

Hi. I've gleaned from here on OTT that the sound is "normal" for some of the older machines. (Maybe the newer ones too.) I've got a B6100 and it makes a similar sound whenever you use the lever to raise the 3 pt hitch, and keep it held beyond it's maximum raised position. Maybe someone else can...

B7100 with a slight mechanical issue.

It's amazing how so many people can get invested in the rebuild of someone else's tractor. I, for one, am mighty impressed. Keep up the good work. Just hurry it up. ;-)

    Kubota Manuals

I spent most of my time in the Southwest (Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire), but also in Oxfordshire and Manchester and Glasgow. Drove through Hampshire on my way to and from London, but never spent a great deal of time there. Did visit Winchester and Basingstoke. :-) If...

    Kubota Manuals

The parts manual can be found at http://kubotabooks.com/AutoIndex/index.php?dir=Tractor%20Parts%20Manuals/. It's the first one listed. For the Operators Manual and Workshop Service Manual have you tried ebay.com. (It might automatically switch you to the ebay.co.uk site. You should be able to...

    FEL install on B7100

Glad to hear you got a great loader for yourself. Sounds like you put in quite a bit of effort to get it restored. Bet it does look nice. Real nice of you to share your thanks with Wolfman too.
