That would obviously be the least expensive route, but I hope to make the tractor quieter to begin with.

The exhaust (less than one year old) is awfully loud on my 7200. Any suggestions on a quieter muffler? Would turning it down to the horizontal position help? Would an automotive exhaust fabricated onto the existing mount be too much back pressure? I'm just fishing for thoughts on this.

I would actually use it for drainage control on rare occasions. It's primary use would be turning my own garden.

In looking for a single bottom moldboard plow for the 7100 I have found them rare and overpriced. I can get a two bottom plow much cheaper so, what if I took off the second plow assembly but left all the upper frame support in place?

Went chasing bad wires or bad grounds. At some point the dash started working. I just don't know when it happened so I'll probably deal with this again. Thanks to Dave_eng for the manual connection.

RODENTS! Those little buggers carry trash in from long distances to nest in my mower engines. I stored insulation in the barn, come spring I start the tractor and pink snow is everywhere.

My fuel gauge and idiot lights on the B7200 HST won't work now. Actually they are intermittent as to whether or not they will work. Because they may occasionally work I'm guessing it's not a fuse issue. Is this common and where do I fix it?

The HST has no foot throttle, which would be hard to use with the HST. I'm going out to check mine soon. Had to pick up some grease today for the mower deck so I'll get a few things done today. Also have to take the B7100 down to the water hose to try cleaning the radiator fins. She's getting...

I was active on another forum in the past until the site was bought and a new format was introduced. The format seemed convoluted and more difficult to scan. This format is simple and easy to surf, and i like my Kubota tractors.

Is there a minimum RPM necessary for the HST to work correctly?

Finally I'm back. I still have the B7100 and now I've added a B7200 HST. I'm having an issue with the 7200 maintaining throttle speed while mowing. The throttle is easing down, sometimes in as little as 30 seconds but usually longer, and I keep having to bump it back up to maintain PTO speed...

That's not it. On the Woods diagram there is a special note pertaining only to the 6100 and 7100 Kubota that shows a 40" chain that attaches to clips on the front of the mowing deck, (mine have been cut away). My ASSUMPTION is that these would limit the maximum drop for the deck to avoid gouging...
