Take it out and work it hard on some piece of equipment that makes it use a lot of power. Run it that way for a few hours or days. You may find it clears itself up with some hard work.

What are you running for machine? Hard to give you advice without knowing if you are talking about a tractor, skid steer, lawn mower, utv or something else.
You should not need to bleed air out of the system after an oil and filter change. If you have no hydraulics then you have something more seriously wrong. Was it a routine service you did? Or were you changing because you were having problems?
