It's just leaking. Has been for a couple of years but more lately. Couldn't find a seal kit last year so was stoked to have the new one in hand yesterday, then saw that it was not correct. Now it's down and I'm desperate! Hope the seal works.

Greg, if I remember correctly it took a couple of hours, taking my time. The cab probably made it take longer. I think the parts were around $1,500. My dealer quote was like yours so I did the install myself.
