    QH15 vs. PTO, argh

I have the same question about PTO shaft length. Don't have a QH yet and I'm hesitant to trim a PTO shaft for a chipper before I get it.

    Top n tilt

    I'd say 14 - 18" between the pin holes.

    Top n tilt

I've looked through a lot of threads to find a source for a side link tilt cylinder for the LX2610, other than Fitrite. I would love to have one from Brian but the current wait time is 36 weeks....9 months! Can anyone point me in the right direction of another source for a short cylinder with...

    Rear remotes for LX2610 cab

Greg, if I remember correctly it took a couple of hours, taking my time. The cab probably made it take longer. I think the parts were around $1,500. My dealer quote was like yours so I did the install myself.

    New Acquirement

Bill, do you know if the "250" is its capacity in pounds or kilos? I'm looking at a very similar one made by Rankin, a PL-500 (500 lbs). The pic of yours on your tractor shows it to be quite large; if it's a 250-pound model it might be the right size for me and not the 500. Mine will be used...

    Rear remotes for LX2610 cab

I went with the factory setup and could not be happier (except for the price). I've put many "kits" on many different things over the years and I have to say this is probably the most robust, complete kit ever. Each part is solid and all the needed parts are included. I put on one valve block...

    Rear remotes for LX2610 cab

I'm only looking at buying the remote parts from the dealer...agree I shouldn't have to pay freight. I included the rest of the quote just for context. I'll get the cylinders from elsewhere and do the labor myself. Thanks

    Rear remotes for LX2610 cab

Thanks for that. I also thought that the on/off of a solenoid valve would be less than ideal. I just don't know if the 4 parts quoted by the dealer includes the remotes themselves/brackets/fittings/hoses/etc. I asked the dealer; awaiting reply.

    Rear remotes for LX2610 cab

Yes, outrageous but those are the exact prices you see on the "build my Kubota" website. I will do the install myself so I'd have to add tax and shipping.

    Rear remotes for LX2610 cab

Ah. I'd look for the diagram but I'm not near the tractor now. I imagine after I got the aftermarket valve and all the fittings and hoses and remote block/fittings I'd be near $1,000. The Kubota parts and shipping are about $1,600. Ugh, I might just go with the Kubota/LP setup and install it...

    Rear remotes for LX2610 cab

Thanks! That's what I thought. Just getting used to the terminology....pb return makes sense.
