I have a BX 2380, And Waiting on a new LX2620.
Anyone reroute exhaust pipe to escape the fumes. They
are kinda bad in snowy weather work.

And yet another reason for a cab! 😂 I had a BX25 for five years but don't remember the exhaust fumes being a problem, even when moving snow.

Only two days of snow removal with the newer BX. Blade and bucket on day one. 3pt snowblower on day 2. Didn't notice any fumes. Did notice the dust and debris storm the exhaust kicked up when hauling firewood on my then too dry trails. Tractor, me all covered in dust. Needed to blow away the dust from all surfaces on the BX and clean the air filter, radiator.... Not a good design to have the exhaust blowing downwards.

Been moving snow with a BX for 12 years. Front-mounted snowblower.

Never felt the need to modify exhaust due to fumes.

I have forward facing down exhaust on both of my tractors, I get a wiff when I start it in the barn, but not otherwise ...

The LX will be here soon ... It will also have a similar exhaust pipe orientation ... Will it have a cab?

No cab, I like the outdoors. I work in cold, heat, rain, snow.
I just don’t care for fumes setting into my clothes.

I'm used to that with my '02 F-250. The exhaust smell will almost immediately get into my clothes if I'm on the passenger side of the truck when it's warming up. I quite like it, but as I said earlier, I don't remember an issue with the BX.

Mount a fan on the floor board to blow it away?

Get a muffler shop to bend some tubing to run it out the back, or up the ROPS?

No doubt you love the smell of battery acid too! 😖 :ROFLMAO: I much prefer the smell of diesel and diesel exhaust compared to gasoline and gasoline exhaust. I do like the smell from DPF equipped diesels as well, such as my F-450.

First tractor - Cub 154 LoBoy had exhaust coming back under the tractor low and ending almost under the seat. Gasoline engine with many hours saturated me and clothes with foul-smelling fumes. Sometimes if the wind didn't carry the exhaust in a favorable direction a shower and change of clothes was needed

Ford 1210 diesel wasn't nearly as bad, but could still get very annoying. Exhaust pointed forward and down. When the muffler rotted out I replaced it with a Cherry Bomb pointed up with a flapper on the end. After that the exhaust doesn't bother me at all.

The exhaust on the B7500, the L3200 and now the l4240 all ran forward and down. The L4240 has a cab, and the exhaust isn't something I notice. I don't recall much of anything on the other two.

I liked diesel exhaust better when the fuel still had plenty of sulfur.

Is there an additive available? :giggle:
Back in teh 80s my dad's dad got all lovey-dovey with the new kerosene heater tech coming out of Japan. Kerosun, I believe. They sold a fuel additive to create artisanal stenches.
