Double-check radiator for cleanliness. Include screen pre-filter in assessment.

Try washing radiator repeatedly front-to-back and back-to-front with open-ended water hose (no nozzle, bends fins). May take several times both directions to work loose the accumulated debris and crud.

Avoid pressure washing.

Check oil-cooler too.

If needed use an HVAC fin-comb to straighten and realign fins for maximum heat transfer efficiency.

After cleaning try using a cheap fiberglass home-type 'cat hair catcher' $1 HVAC filter positioned ahead of the mesh pre-filter and/or radiator.

If radiator is truly gunked (oil, fluids, sticky antifreeze) try using liquid dish soap or commercial HVAC condenser cleaner.

If everything else looks good per prior posters, start considering possibility of thermostat problems.

What they said, I have no problems as long as I keep my screens clean and sometimes have to clean them during the day. If I am going to be away from the home shop, I keep a leaf blower in my pickup. It is not as good as an air hose, but will keep me going.

Like the others said, clean the radiator.

Next question, how old is the coolant?

Change brands of engine oil.

My largest gripe about the orange beasts....That air flow/radiator system needs some serious re-design. Seems like their design is a magnet for grass seeds/debris that need constant attention. I've never seen another brand of tractor that has this issue as widespread across its lines.

I think Kubota has bare minimun cooling systems compaired to other brands. They need bigger radiators with additional cooling capacity.

I've had 3 orange ones in 30 years and only the old L245 would overheat when the radiator got plugged up. The old L3750 has never overheated, even with the radiator plugged up?
