Just curious. What made you bump up to the L6060 from the L4760 you were getting a quote on?Thanks everyone for answering all my questions! Really helped me navigate the process!
Congrats! I very much doubt you'll outgrow that setup, but if you do, you'll be looking for a mini excavator and an M series tractor!lol. Remember George Carlin? He said, “they call New Jersey the garden state. What do they grow there? Smokestacks?”

They have the tractor in stock, they just have to get the backhoe. I should have it in a couple of weeks.
I am going to go with a Wicked Grapple. I just have to figure out which one matches this tractor.
They offered me $16,000 for my B2601 but kind of encouraged me to try and sell it myself. I have a friend of a friend who once said they might be interested, otherwise I’ll try and post it on Craigslist or on OTT Classifieds
I have a Wicked 60 root rake grapple that I bought to use with the MX6000. Had I known I was going to own an M6060 I would have opted for the Wicked 66.I am going to go with a Wicked Grapple. I just have to figure out which one matches this tractor.
It was only about $4k difference between the two models. I think if they had a 4760 on the lot, I may have gone that route. They had two L6060s in the crate (funny how small they look sitting in the crate). The two have a similar size footprint, so I just opted for the 6060.Just curious. Good to know. I think the grapple and BH are going to be the two implements that will get the most use from me.I have a Wicked 60 root rake grapple that I bought to use with the MX6000. Had I known I was going to own an M6060 I would have opted for the Wicked 66.
I wanted the LA1055 and went back and forth between the 4760 and 5460. Both 6060's they had were sold so i went with the L5460. It should be everything I need going forward. It was only about $4k difference between the two models. I think if they had a 4760 on the lot, I may have gone that route. I had a HLA 60" root rake i bought for the LX2610 and used it with my LX3310. Kept it for the L5460. It was on the large side for the LX's and might be a touch small on the L5460 but it will still get the job done.I think the 60 inch wicked grapple will work for me. I know McMXi said he wished he got a 66” Wicked for his M6060, but would the 60” be too small for the L6060?
The Wicked 60 is perfect for the MX6000 or L6060, and at 400lb it's a good choice for the loaders/capacity offered. The Wicked 66 is 625lb or something like that, and it's beefed up so a better match for the M6060. I use the grapple infrequently enough though that it's not worth it to me to sell the 60 and upgrade to the 66.Good to know. Very nice setup! Guaranteed you'll love it! If you end up needing 2 hydraulic rear hookups n the future, you can get a hydraulic multiplier from summit. The extra hydraulic lines would come in handy if you have a hydraulic top link or go for a top and tilt setup. Also if you opt for a flail mower in the future with hydraulic side shift. I'm sure your Turf Tiger can certainly handle a lot of mowing, but there's nothing like mowing in a cab on a hot summer day with the AC blasting and lots of dust and various biting and stinging insects flying around!lol. There are lots of good designs on this site that you can search for. Here's my go at it. I just have an inexpensive 110 Volt unit. It generally does the job for the things that I need done. One caveat: With my first attempt I put the expanded metal on the inside of the grill guard, but I found that it did bump up against the front side of the hood so I had to cut that out and put the expanded metal on the front side of the grill guardGreat feedback. I can do basic welding (boxed in the rear of the frame on my old Tacoma last year and it’s holding up fine). Only bad thing is I don’t have a single 220 outlet available (until my new shop gets built) but it doesn’t sound like a grill guard would be uber-thick, so I’m sure a regular outlet will suffice. Can you send a photo of what it looks like?
