You could do like @S-G-R and trailer that bad boy around. It doesn't have to be orange, but we'd prefer it LOL.

Or I reckon it might could fit on some carry alls. Then you could tote her from the back.
I was actually considering a third to go on the forks😁

I drove the tractor up to the road so the dealer wouldn't try to come down my driveway. Its kind of tight.

I'm sitting here pondering life at the gate and look over and i'm like, "What the heck goes here?" Y'all know? Always wondered. @S-G-R what you got in this slot right here

That slot would be for the handle for the third set of remotes.

Are you running a mulcher or brush cutter on it?
No, just the tree puller and grapple.

Mulcher/brush cutter would require extensive use of herbicides afterwards. Then the effective kill rate is a lot lower. The iceberg effect, spraying small amount of herbicide on the new growth of cut trees may not kill the 2in to 8in tree stump/root system below ground.

I finally have a play free steering.

After waiting three weeks for bearings and oil seals I had ordered online I bought them locally and was able to rebuild my modified steering box.

By making a bronze bushing that holds smaller bearings that are off centre in the bushing I was able to remove the play in the steering. I can turn the bushing now until the gear play is zero.

Details can be found here: G1900 steering box modifications

Well, no Kubotas took part in this, but there was enough back and forth on the bald faced hornet nest, I thought some of y'all might like to know they didn’t make it. Walked up to check the mail and saw the nest gone with just a few scraps left in the trampled down grass under the tree.

We have black bears on rare occasions. Too many developments nearby for a regular population to develop. Unlikely one could climb that tree without causing at least some damage, but there was none. More likely a group of raccoons. We have plenty of those. Don’t think skunks can climb and don’t know what else around here would eat an active bald faced hornet nest. Whatever it was ate most of the nest and all of everything in it.

So I took a chance and filled the 275g IBC tote with 150 gallons of water. I couldn't believe it but the L2501 had no issues picking it up and moving it to it's destination. I'm impressed with this tractor for what it can do and never seems to break a sweat at doing anything. The rear 640lbs ballast helps a lot moving this tote around. I'm not sure what the weight was but with the tote, the pallet forks and the weight of the water..gosh I'm not sure I want to know. I probably won't fill it back up to 150 gallons, 100 is plenty and easier to move but even with 150 gallons, I could still lift it 3 feet or more off the ground.

So impressed.

1 USG would be approximately 8.34 pounds. So, about 1250 pounds of water.

That is impressive. At 150 gallons, you're lifting quite a bit of weight no doubt.

Having the correct ballast obviously make a world of difference to. Something I should invest in for sure.

I've found specs on the weight of one of my generators ranging anywhere from mid 700lbs - to just over 900lbs. Either way I can't lift it even an inch without putting my mower on (supposedly 600lbs ish). I think my box blade is in the 300lb range and aint enough to let me lift the generator.

The EX boss's tiller I used to borrow was almost 900lbs. Had a couple issues being stupid trying to get it off my trailer with just the box blade. You'd be surprised just how fast a tractor can nose over on you when you're doing wrong.... IDIOT!!!! LOL

Plus 130 pounds for the tote and my guess around 200 for the forks and frame I was probably nearly maxing it but not too bad at all.

I'd strap another 800 Lbs on the back if you want to do that much water again ...
It felt fine, loaded tires too probably helped. But it didn't feel bad at all, tractor stayed firmly planted even going down an incline. Low range and 4wd zero issues.
