Mine are 48". I screwed 2x4s to the pallet since it wasn't wide enough to support the width of the SnugTop.

Ever since the implementation of Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems ( and I think of those like non-DPF tractor owners think of DPF's!), I have loaded and unloaded the winter or summer tires spring and fall for all 3 vehicles and taken them to the dealership for their seasonal change overs. I use to enjoy doing the tire changes, but with that damn TPMS, I needed to go there anyways to have them reset, and the mounted truck tires seem to be getting heavier and heavier by the year, and my back seems to get weaker by the year.
So today I slapped together the ugliest "woodworking" project in my lifetime. Had an old pallet kicking around and found some scrap 2x6's and made a simple carrier. Rolled the tires in, then rolled them into the truck box. No Lifting!
Like I say its ugly and no amount of paint will fix that, but it works.
Most on here already have something along the same line, but after moving the first tire today, I knew I had to come up with something.

That's one of the reasons I bought my BX, I got tired of swapping the cab, chains, weights and blower with the mower deck every spring and fall. So the JD 430 is on permanent snow removal duty now, which has only been a few hours a winter lately, and the BX handles the mowing and grounds maintenance jobs.
Put the sickle bar on today for the late mowing of some wild field wildlife areas.

Honda does not use the tpms sensors any more. They use the wheel speed sensors. Yesterday I resolved an issue I had with tree branches rubbing against the guys for my new tower. I used an 'antenna launcher' - similar to a spud gun but shoots a 2oz lead sinker - to get a fishing line over several branches that needed to come down. Used that line to pull up a 1" line that was attached to the tractor.
Went great, almost. I was able to break the branches, at least one that was 5" diameter, but couldn't break them free from the tree. 1-800-CALL-MY-SON and he hooked the line up to his Silverado. It took some pulling even with the truck but down they came. Quite a lot of branches to clear now so in a day or 2 will put on the chipper and give it a last exercise for the year.

I had a few posts left and figured I may as well plant them while the weather was fine. We got 4" of rain over the past four weeks and the ground was still powder. Had a bit of a time getting the soil out of the holes.

I had a three point PD35 and wished I went to the front mount SD10 from the beginning. Much more plesant to hook up and use looking forward instead of twisted around in the seat. The con is that it spins far slower but I can live with that.
Sorry I should have clarified my apologies. Does the lx seem to have enough hydraulic flow? It doesn’t power out? I just read that the third function restricts flow
I have the Land Pride HD25 SSQA version with 9" and 12" augers, but wish I had your soil where a big rock is the size of a marble!
Rocks up here can be the size of a Volkswagen and even the size of an M5 tractor! My neighbor moved his new shop 8ft closer to his property line so that he wouldn't have to drill and blast a boulder that his crew estimated to be about the size of three Volkswagens.
