GR2110 PTO Clutch

Anyone replaced a pto clutch on a GR2110?
Can I rebuild it myself? New one is $800.
Best place to buy a repair manual?
Having trouble just trying to disconnect the pto linkage.

yeah i've done a ton of them

you'd be wise to get the manual (dealer has them) AND the special tool that helps align the clutch plates for assembly

they are a booger to mess with, and very easy to crack the transmission and/or pto clutch case.

There is a big heavy spring on the linkage. Special tool for that? I can’t even figure out how to get it disconnected?
