If you could still buy a new one....................You can’t go wrong with a wide frame Cub. They’re very stout, simple machines. I have the hydrostatic version of that tractor that I repainted a few years back. Good luck fitting a Kubota 3 cyl and radiator in there. You may be better off looking for a 2 cyl. Deck and all panels/covers came with. Will sell the deck and brackets they are in good shape.
Gonna tinker on the motor some, it hunts and doesn’t always turn over. Will redo some wires, but not putting a whole lot of time in it. Now the hunt for a Kubota 3cyl.

Im in Greenwood SC. I have a couple old cub cadet sitting out back one is a hydrostat, the first year they put one is and the other is a three speed. Beefy units. Both from the 70's.
