My tractor is making a strange clicking or popping noise from the front right wheel. It does it in either 4wld or 2wld. It only happens sporatically. There will be a few clicks then its quiet for a while. When going from forward to reverse it will click each time I change directions. Any help is appreciated I'm hoping I can fix this myself.

Tightened all the lugs. Still popping. It may just be my wishful thinking but the popping doesn't seem as often now.

The final drive on that side sounds like it's have a bearing issue and or dropping teeth on one of the bevel gears. You are going to have to tear it down and inspect.

That doesn't sound fun. Where can I find a schematic of how everything goes together or repair book

I have the same problem with the left front wheel.

If the wheel nuts were loose, take a close look at the wheels and check for hairline cracks. You can also swap L to R and see if the noise follows the wheel. Look at the welds too. If not, you're into internally lubricated parts.

check / tighten the bolts on the steering rack, they commonly come loose.
