"Antennae" on...just 4 angle brackets, but it works. They need to come of in summer anyway.

Will aim them later. Two forward, two back.

How difficult is the quick hitch snowblower install? My BX2660 came with that set up - I was considering leaving the loader on for snow

Easy. Toughest part is hooking up PTO, my hands are too big.
If you’re in an area that can get a lot of snow, the blower is the ticket hands down.
I don’t have much room to push snow around. I throw it once.
If you need help, give us a shout. Lots of guys with this setup.

Will see how my heavily modified shoes work out.
The steel extensions were done couple years ago, and have worked great on a stone driveway.
The UHMWP liner is new for 2018....

I moved a few stacks of pallets down back out of the way of plowing this winter. Then sit my new woodmaxx snow blower on the flat pavement and adjusted the shoes.
Then I got out my Dewalt cordless grease gun and greased the blower and tractor from end to end. I've used my Dewalt grease gun like 5 or 6 times.
Whatever I paid for it. Its worth twice as much. Working alone it makes greasing SO easy. If I only used it twice a year its well worth it. Anyone that doesn't have one should.

Put the subframe and front blower on again. Serviced the fel before taking it off and sprayed everything down with krown rust proofing. Found out my daughters old skateboard is the perfect height to slide the subframe under the tractor. It took a grueling 90 seconds to hook it up. lol

I re-installed my newly resealed FEL hydraulic pump, installed the PTB, changed the oil & filter, topped off all three hydraulic reservoirs, topped off the battery electrolyte, checked tire pressures, switched from the 14" toothless bucket to the 9" toothed bucket on the backhoe & greased it. Then I tested the PTB, as shown in the PTB thread.

Dug some trenches to bury some waterlines before the winter freeze. Broke the ball joint connecting links for the control levers - first the balls pulled out of the sockets at different time (fixed by tack welding a split washer to the socket) and then the ball on one broke off the shaft, perhaps weakened by the heat from welding. Ordered new parts from the local dealer - I will replace all four - they come in tomorrow. Then I can finish the last 30ft of trench.

Yesterday was the third dry in a row in months!!! After two days of pretty good wind yesterday was 48 degrees and sunny - perfect do or die time to till some patches in the back field. I hooked up the tiller (after some swearing and lots of oil) and tilled each patch twice after broadcasting pelletized lime. Then I put the york rake on and raked then hand raked. It RAINED AGAIN today  If I'm planting garlic on Thanksgiving then so be it. :D

I know a lot of pissed off farmers around here. They have hay and corn in the fields and can't get to it. If they lose that feed some could go under do to the cost of buying feed with money that is scarce.

Thanks for the input! Can I leave the quick mount on and still have the loader mounted? (obviously not the hydraulic hoses)

Started them both in the barn and let them warm up. Took a bit of pre-heat to get them to pop over and some white smoke from the exhaust stacks too. Was 20 when I started them. I start them every couple weeks in the winter to keep the batteries up and the juice inside circulated. Besides, I like the music of 2 M's sitting side by side running.

Sometime this winter I need to pull the front rims on the M9, dismount the tires and install a new set of R1's. Before I do that, I'll sandblast the rims, rime them and repaint them. getting a little ratty over the years.

The 9 gets at least 2 times the pavement miles the 105 gets. The 105 usually stays hooked to the round baler whereas the 9 runs everything else so tire wear (from pavement) is greater on the 9.

I like leaving the round baler hooked up because of all the hydraulic lines and electrical / electronic connections involved.
