    Picked up a tiller

I have the 60inch King Kutter II as well. I also have had it about 5 years. My unit is reverse rotation and it can litterly turn my soil into a flour consistency after tilling. I really like this tiller. I put about 20 hrs use per year and have never had one ounce of problems with the unit...

    Rear Tire Ballasts

I don't know what tires you have compared to mine but let me tell you how I put anitfreez in my tractor rear wheels. I used 100% windshield washer fluid rated for -20 for my tire ballast in my B3000. No mixture of water. I have the industrial tire not the Ag tire. I put a tube in each of my...

    SSQA Adapter

I bought the ATI adapter that would directly connect to the existing Kubota attachment ears on the loader arms. No cutting and re welding. I was afraid of alignment issues when trying to do the re welding. I then cut of off the ears on the bucket and welded a Quick attach mounting plate to...

Wanting to add an extended run fuel tank to my Kubota 11k lowboy diesel generator

I am looking for knowledgeable input on how to this might be done. Can I just replace the existing fuel cap with a cap that is made to add an extended run fuel capacity? Most of the ones I have found are for gasoline systems so I don't know if this type of cap would work for a diesel. I am...

"To turbo or not to turbo, that is the question"

I bought a 44.2hp Kubota V1505 TE turbo charged engine with 138 hours on it. It was connected to a military generator and the generator went south. I was going to put it into my tractor that already has a non turbo V1505 but my health has taken a turn and now I don't have the energy or the...

    In Cab condensation issues

I carry a small hand towel on a hook in my cab and when I first start to work and the condensation starts to show up I give it a quick wipe down and usually only have to do that once and then the system is up and running and takes care of the condensation after that.

    King Kutter Professional tiller

I also own a King Kutter 5" reverse rotation tiller. Very heavy duty and does a fabulous job breaking up the soil to very fine consistency. If tilling new area I cut all the foilage first then till in one direction then on the next pass till at 90 degrees from the previous pass.

    Better traction on a B3000

X3 what the above have said. I have this same tractor but with a cab. I have put inner tubes in the rear tires and put -20 degree window washer fluid in my tires. They hold a little over 17 gallons each and that adds about 138 pounds in each tire. I also carry a 6' box blade on the rear...

    Stabilize

I have have added rear wheel spacers and and filled my rear tires with fluid and in my opinion this has made a very noticeable difference in my stability on a slope (as well as a reduction in the pucker factor). My unit has a FEL that I keep lowered as this also helps stability when moving on...

    B2650/3350 Cab Rear Wiper Replacement

TimP I went out and measured my blades and the front one is pretty close to 17 inches and the rear is 12 inches. Both the replacement blades have been working fine and they have been in place for 2+ years now. The replacement blades have the J hook shape and they were not hard to replace. As...

    Windshield and top replacement/repair

This is going to be a spendy repair. I am going to guess that the top will exceed $1000 and no telling what Kubota will want for the glass.

    Diesel Transfer Tanks/Pump

I bought a tank that looks like this (with 4 wheels so it can roll around easy). Is 35 gallons and I use it for my diesel. The hand pump works well. It drips a little out of the seal at the handle so i place a rag there to catch the drips. To fill I just put in my trailer and go fill it up and...

Make my own washer fluid for tire ballast?

I did the same. In about March time frame Walmart sells all their left over winter (-20) rated winshield washer fluid for $1/per gallon. I actually bought a tube for my rear tractor wheels ($16 each at local rural tire dealer) and then pumped the fluid in the tube so it never touches the steel...

    Enclosed Car Trailer Ramp

I can only tell you about my experience. I bought a Diamond Cargo 10k rated trailer. 7' x 16' with door opening height of 7'6". The door height made it custom vs every trailer that may be setting on the lot. I told them I would need to have the door rating to match my tractor weight. That...

    B2650 CAB Sun Visor

I didn't make a visor but installed a perforated sun screen. Here are some pictures that kind of show what I did. It doesn't block the sun completely but cuts down on the glare a bunch. I also installed this perforated sun screen on each door , side windows and rear window to help cut down...

    Cab question B3000

I happen to have a marketing document from kubota that describes the specs for the B3000. It doesn't say a lot about the cab differences. I think I remember seeing that in the premium cab that you got things like heated rear glass, window washers back and front outside cab lights and a few...

    Kingkutter tiller gear box question

I have a King Kutter II (reverse tine gear drive 60 inch tiller) and it came with grease in the gear box. The manual said check oil before initial running. I opened the fill plug to check the oil and found it full of grease. I called the factory and asked them what's the story. They told me...
