It's the pin on the end that shears off. A small rectangle piece of flat bar. Pin on one end and attached to a rod on the other. Your supposed to see two pieces of metal meet when the bucket is level I think. I am sure it took a real engineering genius to design this to fail.

It did move back and forth with bucket. I don't get how a thin piece of metal can level loads. The hydraulics will override that little thing. I am new to this tractor but I have been running full speed ever since I got it.
