    Tiller hookup

I have an RS1000 on a B7001 and it is not a 3 point hook up. It is a 2 point which means that it has fittings on either side of the PTO that connect directly to those U shape parts on the tiller. If you don't have the 2 point connections on your tractor you would have to do considerable mods to...

    Kubota L-35

I have over 1300 hrs on a 1995 L35 with original clutch. I usually only use the clutch to stop under heavy load pressure otherwise just use the shuttle shifter. Sounds like you definitely have something wrong with the tractor to go through 2 clutches in those few hours. =-(

    Backhoe operating question

I find on my L35, if you have any play in the attachment to the tractor on a removable hoe, it is better to lift the rear tires just off the ground. Otherwise you can get some jerking as you work the hoe.

    Post hole digger for B7100

I run a Speeco Compact P45 Post Hole Digger with a 6 inch auger on a B7001 which is nearly identical to the B7100. It digs post holes to beat the band. The soil has some rocks up to softball size so sometimes I have to remove the largest rocks by hand or the auger stops digging, otherwise no...

Any B21 or L35 owners out there?

Here is a link to TractorData.com that will answer some of your questions. I have an l35 and I am very satisfied with it. It does a great job digging with the backhoe and is one strong tractor for a smaller tractor. I wanted something that I could trailer on a 10,000 lb trailer and the L35 fit...

What Model Loader on early B7001 Tractor

Can anyone tell me what model this loader is on my B7001 tractor? One of the cylinders is leaking and I need to find parts for this Japanese tractor loader. The rototiller is an RS1000 so I assume the whole package was a Kubota imported from Japan. Service Dept Vic, do you have any clues...

    Ditch digging?

Steve, I ordered the STB model through my Kubota dealer to reduce shipping in to Canada. Unfortunately, the one they brought in was a little too wide as they ordered it for a 66 inch bucket insted of 64 1/2 inch so I had to remove the bolt on ears and reweld them on to fit. I then cut out...

    Ditch digging?

Telstar2112, I have an L35 with a heavy cutting edge on the FEL bucket.. I purchased a bolt on ToothBar from WR Long and was able to install it with the cutting edge left on. I cut small notches in the back side of the plate of tooth bar so the bolt heads of the bolt on cutting edge would fit...

Kubota GL35 fuel indicator blinks (flashing)

Looking at your fuel gauge, it look a bit low. Maybe it is blinking because your fuel level is getting down. I am not sure how low it has to get before it should start to register.

    Kubota tiller depth weels.

My B7001 has an RS1000 tiller which is nearly identical and the wheels and attaching hardware had been removed before it was purchased. I works fine without them. I use the holdup chain to limit the depth and the controll lever to raise and lower the tiller on uneven ground.

How to increase fel operation on b6000? Hydraulics help please.

UDT is not synthetic, you need to go to Super UDT2 to get into synthetic Kubota oil.

I just have to wonder why?

Nice job Wildfire. You wont be catching the switches by mistake now. Great design also. Cheers, Don.........

    UDT VS Super UDT

I believe the new standard is SuperUDT. The synthetic is now Super UDT2 which many dealers do not stock normally.
