ZD28 Tension Pulley

Does anyone know where I can buy a NON-OEM Tension Pulley -
Kubota Part #76539-34883 for my ZD28- Deck (RCK72 28Z)
without the Kubota price tag? Please help, need answer ASAP.

Or can someone tell me what the dimensions of the Tension Pulley are?
Found a place to possibly buy, but the booger is not easy to measure.
