Depends on the unit, but generally about 10 seconds.

Didnt have any pop bottles as i try to avoid the stuff, but used a 16.9oz/500ml standard plastic water bottle. It took just over 1 minute to fill the bottle. Also the fuel is quite yellow. Im unfamilar with diesel, how dark of a color is it supposed to be?

Up here, off road is red, on road is clear. Your sample looks like you picked that bottle up off the side of a truckers highway.

That’s what i thought, but i havent been around diesel enough to be sure

If you still havnt gotten it to run, Id drain the tank, drain the pump, injector lines, drain everything, then put some fresh fuel in the system. Perhaps that would help, sure couldnt hurt.

My next plan was thinking id try just using an external tank first, with fresh diesel and see if i can just eliminate the tank/fuel as the problem.

I spoke to another member of the team tonight and they said they could've sworn they saw my old business partner fill the tank with gasoline the last time he used it… so now im worried to say the least. I may not know much, but i know thats bad.
