Z231 Zero Turn Mower - Mower Deck Pulley

1st time belt replacement for the mower deck and found, one of the pulleys (the fixed position belt tensioner pulley - photo attached) wobbling with some up/down play with the bolt.

Tighten the bolt as best I could but still wobbles. Just trying to confirm that the pulley should be secured, free spinning and without wobble.

Any experience/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

the wobble is likely a little bit of looseness within it's bearing. Spin it. If it makes any noise, the bearing is failing and would be good to replace the idler assembly.
