Friend passed onto me an IP with a 12v Fuel solenoid shut off from an engine he had. (similar yanclone). I want to install this on my Yanclone.
His appears to have had only one Timing Shim. Copper. Pump that came off my engine had same shim plus two paper shims.
Should I go with the "Just one" that was on his pump..... or all three that were on mine?
Adjusting shims changes the timing in which injection occurs. Just not sure if the shims sorta pair with the pump they were used with to get the injection to occur at the optimal time..... or pair with the block they were used with for same reason.
(assuming the same atmosphere level)
So what do ya'll think?
