I'm looking to replace the instrument panel on my L2950. The needle on the temperature gauge is malfunctioning and reading hot upon start. I've considered tearing it apart and seeing if it's fixable - - should a wizard have any magical ideas in their bag. I appreciate the support.

Use to know the names of the auto wrecking yards out there.... can even see them in my minds eye but that's images from about summer 1980 lol. Don't recall if they were still there when I lived there 2003 -2007. Was raised there. Don't recall any used tractor parts yards anywhere out there in my journies of North FL, GA and AL but also was not looking for them back then either.
Searched with google for "used tractor parts"? Lots here have apparently used West KY ( http://www.japanesecompacttractor.com/default.htm ). Last mentioned here prices seem to vary from day to day and mood of person who answers the phone.
